Troubleshooting TSP problem

After installed TSP 3.3 on the remote PC,I verified the TSP installation using dialer program in Windows 2000. But there is no any cisco line in the Phone Calls drop-down menu. Fixed the problem by re-associate the TSP user with the device in CallManager(3.3.2(c)). What weird is I have to do this in CallManager every time after the PC restart to get the TSP work properly!

I am wondering how to troubleshooting this problem and the TSP communication between the PC and CallManager server?

Let me answer this question by myself. I should UNCHECK the "Enumerate only lines that support automated voice" check box in the Cisco TSP config to let the TSP detect the CTI Port and Physical Phone Line as well.

If you are not developing a third-party call control application, check the Enumerate only lines that support automated voice check box, so the Cisco TSP detects only lines associated with a CTI port device.
