TSP driver ISSUE

Hi.

I have a problem with TSP DRIVER for CUCM5.1. If configured to use the TSP application user, all in excellent.

If I use EndUser, then in files LOG, show the following information:

Customize link CUCM and LDAP.

Such a feeling that the problems in conjunction TSP-CUCM-LDAP. I thought the problem with LDAP, but entrance to https://server/ccmuser is successful. What are the assumptions?

Re: TSP driver ISSUE

Have you downloaded the TSP from the plugins page or did you install it from another source. The easiest way to test everything is install phone.exe on the computer running the TSP and see if it connects to the callmanager CTI's.

Does the application user have all the associations in place?
