I have a Customer Running Callmanager 3.09 and Unity 2.4.6 (18.104.22.168). Every week or so, the TSP ports return a busy signal. I THINK that one port at a time starts returning busy until they all are busy, but I don't know this for sure. If I go into the TSP Config on the Unity Server and reset the ports, it works again.
