TSP problem after upgrad to 3.1

Hi all, i have upgrade my ccm to 3.1 and then reinstall the TSP and the webattendant which i download from the ccm 3.1, yet i can not activate the softphone or the webattendant or the dialing out from the outlook. can't find the problem.

any idea???

I had the same problem until I uninstalled the SoftPhone, re-installed it, then installed the new TSP. After that it worked fine. I haven't tried the webattendent yet though.

Thank you Tim, did you try the dialout from the outlook contacts as well? it worked before in previos versions.

I had to go through the same process as Tim, Uninstalling, Reinstalling and then reinstalling the CM 3.1 TSP. If you can get it working with the Soft Phone it should work with Outlook Dialing. The are both based off of the same TSP. Works for me.
