We are using the CM 4.1 and Unity 4.2, but they didn't integrate with AD. Now we want to integrate the CM and Outlook so that the user can make the call from Outlook Contacts. Should I have to integrate the CM with AD first? Any documents can show me the configuration step by step?

I tried the following steps, but I can not see the phone number form the call contact menu in Outlook
1/ check the enable CTI Application User box under CM 4.1 user
2/ install the TSP 8.3, configure it and pass the test
Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi,
Attached is a step by step guide for setting up Outlook with CCM, it's fairly straight forward.
You could also use Cisco's webdialer which is a click-to-dial application:
