when running on the demo 10 user/2 port license, I get "sorry, this e-mail cannot be read now" when trying to retrieve a simple text email message. followed by "this system is temporarily unable to complete your call". What might the problem be?
could be the TTS engine is not properly registered - which version of Unity are you running? Whenever you get the failsafe conversation like that one or more error messages are always logged to the application event log - can you post them here? This will give us a clue as to what the specific issue might be.
