Is there a way that TTS can playback from a folder other than Outlook INBOX? In addition, can new messages be redirected to a folder other than INBOX and still light the MWI?<br><br>Regards,<br>Bill Gutschow<br><br>
No and no... we are monitoring the inbox for state changes and that's the only folder we can get direct access to (other than deleted items and sent items). If you make a new folder and move messages to it, it'll be invisible to us. The inbox state will change but when we rip out and filter your inbox we wont see the message and the lamp will turn off.
