I recently applied the 4.0(1) upgrade to my system from 3.1 , I think I followed the procedure to the letter including the license file portion, it seemed to go okay. After the upgrade though, I am no longer able to do 'text to speech' (reading email via the
phone). It tells me I do have new email, but when it goes to read them it says "Sorry, this email can not be read now. Please try again later." My license file says that I am licensed for 5 Realspeak sessions, it also says I am not licensed for any TTS 3000 sessions. After the upgrade I was seeing these errors in the event log:

I ran the upgrade from 4.0(1) to 4.0(2) this morning and it seems to have solved the problem. I had previously gone back and re-ran the 4.0(1) upgrade and selected to install the RealSpeak engine and that did solve my problem. The difference with the one I did today (which was 4.0(2)) was that it actually specified a checkbox for TTS in the install process. In any event, it is working now.
