TTS Realspeek issue

Software version is Unity 3.0.4.

Customer gets following event log entry with TTS

Event Viewer shows an error message:

There seems to be a defect opened against this solved by going to TTS3000.

Problem: TTS 3000 doesn't support Spanish I think:

RealSpeak: DEU, ENG, ENU, ESP, FRA, JPN

TTS3000: CHS, DEU, ENG, ENU, ESO, FRA, ITA, JPN, NLD

So what can be done in this case?

Is this a new install where TTS has never worked? Or was it working before and now it's broken?

Which languages are you trying to use? And which languages are installed? (and by "Spanish", do you mean European Spanish, or Colombian Spanish?)

Can you tell me how many language directories you have under Commserver\Realspeak\Engine? And what are they? (note that Realspeak uses non-standard abbreviations for languages, like "spe" instead of "ESP". If you write what's in there, I can translate that to the more familar three letter abbreviations.)

This will give us a place to start... suggestions to follow afterwards.
