TTS, Unable to read Email. We have Licenses in COS

"Sorry this email cannot be read now, please try again later" We have 100 licenses for TTS, Is there any other installation that needs to be done? The COS is correct, the user we are testing with is a member of that COS. Thanks

Re: TTS, Unable to read Email. We have Licenses in COS

That prompt will normally come up becuase the number of sessions has been exceeded. TTS has two licensing items, the number of ports and the number of users. We have to pay the TTS vendor by the number of ports so we can't scoot around that.

if, for instance, you have 1 TTS port on the key and someone is using TTS if you call in on another line and try to use TTS you'll get that prompt and it wont let the session spin up.

Can you check (using the key dump utility in the Unity program group) how many TTS sessions you have set on the key? Based on that number, any chance that many folks may have had TTS sessions going on?

If not we'll dig around for some traces to try and figure out why the resource manager is choking spinning up anothet TTS session at that time.

Thanks for the Reply. I checked the key dump as you requested. We have 2 licenses. The system is not live yet, so if they are tied up, do you know how to free them up?
