Hello,
I understand that Unity uses two TTS methods, TTS3000 and Real Speak. TTS3000 does TUI translation (e-mail text to phone) and Real Speak does GUI translation (e-mail to e-mail).
TTS3000 does works on 5 languages. Does Real Speak cover other languages too?

Thanks...

No, the TTS3000 and RealSpeak are just two different Text to Speach (email to voice) engines you can get. TTS3000 is much smaller (only a few meg per language), easier on the CPU and cheaper but doesn't sound as good. RealSpeak uses full dictionaries (a couple hundred meg per language in the new version), is more expensive, chews the CPU a lot harder and costs more. But it sounds much nicer.

depends on what's important to you.

RealSpeak currently (with 2.4.x) only ships with US English. Other languages are coming but I'm not sure when they'll be available in the product.

If you ping my Cisco email address I can sent you TTS samples of both engines to listen to. The difference is pretty significant.
