TTS

I installed the Lic. file (UNITY 4.0.2) and look at the lic. file and it has 2 realspeak port and 0 on TTS. How can I make TTS work?

Prior to 4.0 Unity version you have pay to get RealSpeak ports. I beleive starting with 4.0 version Cisco is providing 2 ports for customers to try it.

To try Text to speech, go to Unity System Admin,

System Admin - Class of Service(COS), Add a new Class of Service, create the COS based on Subscriber COS.

After creating the new COS, go to the licensed features in the new COS, check or make sure that "Text-to-Speech for e-mail messages" is checked.

Go to subscribers and select the users for whom you want to assign this COS and assign this COS to those users. Next time when those users call into their voice mail, they can listen to their email messages as well.

Very impressive and very useful for people travelling.
