I have a 2 callmanager cluster. One of our buildings DHCPs addresses from the subscriber CCM. It is nearing capacity on IP addresses (2 left). I tried adding another scope in windows and it added successfully but when I max out the addresses it will not start acquiring addresses from the new scope. I am trying to avoid redoing the entire DHCP pool altogether. Is there any way I can get the 2 scopes to work?

Did you add new scope on the same DHCP server?

What you need to do is add your existing scope and your new scope into a superscope.
Since you already have both scopes created, you would do the following:
1- Open up the DHCP snap-in
2- Click on your server, Click Action > New Superscope
3- Click Next
4- Enter the Name of the Superscope > Click Next
5- Select both your old and new scopes > Click Next
6- Verifiy your Superscope in the summary > Click Finish
7- Add the secondary network to the IP interface of the subscriber network with the IP Address
8- Verifiy the helper-address
After that you should be able to get an IP from the new scope.
