We set up a Unity account without assigning it to a certain network ID number that we usually assign as the alias, as this account is not intended for a particular person, but is intended to be assigned to a shared phone. Let's say this account is having 1555 as an extension number, thus the number for the Unity account as well.
Another phone, that is having a different number, let's say 2444 as its extension number, is having a Unity account (with the same number, 2444) with a completely different greeting message.
The error we are having is when somebody calls 2444, the caller will hear 2444's greeting message followed by 1555's greeting message.
However, when we played 2444's greeting message in Unity's SA page, it did not play 1555's greeting at all.
Furthermore, the same thing happened to other Unity account as well.
We would appreciate very much any suggestion and any info regarding the cause of this error.
Is sounds like the 'After greeting' action is set to 'Send call to' Subscriber 1555 with the 'Send to greeting for' conversation. Look in the Unity SAWeb on the Greetings page for Subscriber 1555. Is the 'After greeting' action set to 'Send call to' or 'Take message'? You want it set to 'Take message'.
