There used to be a document that described the building of a CTI route point in CCM that would allow an operator to transfer directly to voicemail.
IE: call comes in, operator hits transfer, #2, dials the extension and then hits transfer to send the call directly to VM (or something similar). I have seen the "How to Transfer a Caller Directly into a Cisco Unity Mailbox" doc on cisco.com, but this is not the same one i saw last summer when we were setting this up for a client.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Although the suggestions found in the afore mentioned document are good, we'd like to be able to present the customer with the option we had set up. Problem is we can't find the Doc.
