tx-ring for frf.8

In an frf.8 environment, virtual templates are used for atm--->frame-relay qos. doc-cd says that ppp-multilink interfaces automatically enforce a hard limit tx-ring 2.....my question: is it still necessary to reduce the tx-ring on the atm subinterface/vc?

Under ATM interface a tx-ring-limit of 3 is enough, and is the recommended value for slow-speed ATM links.

Is any special configuration needed on either the FR or

ATM endpoint when running across a FRF.8 Translational Mode VC?

Just reread my message, I meant to say FRF.8 Transparent mode VC.
