I have a UC520 and i have some problemes with Extension Mobility
I have configured the EM as documntation said in your site and in cisco site.
creat "voice logout user profile" and "voice user profile"
every thing is ok i can login and logout successfully but the phone doesn't get a profile or extension number in both login & logout states ",
sure the phone get an ip address and get the option set in profiles like speed dials .
but doesnt get EXTENSION number ?
any help
