I have a problem with 7931 phone. 7931 Phones are working fine without any problems. However, when I tried to assign another extension to one button, all I can see only one button instead of 24 buttons in the CUE GUI. Please help...

Hi, the GUI has many bugs like that. Either try upgrading GUI files, or use the CLI.

Do you have the files from UC520 4.2(7) zipfile ?
If so you should ask the TAC, because there is nothing you can do when the GUI misbehaves, beside using the CLI.

Have you configured type 7931 under each ephone ?
That would be only prerequiste and if still GUI problems you should deal with cisco to fix them.
