Hi, I am configuring UC520 connected to 2 ISDN BRA lines. The problem I am getting is that when I dial out, the remote phone does not ring even if I get ringback on the IP phone. Secondly when an incoming call comes in, it rings once and the IP phone stops ringing. The calling party still hears ringback tone. Has anyone come across this problem. My config is as follows:
no aaa new-model
clock timezone GMT 0
clock summer-time GMT recurring
network-clock-participate wic 1
network-clock-select 1 BRI0/1/0
network-clock-select 1 BRI0/1/1

Check the dial plan on your telephony system. Ensure that the call is landing to the right analog port or the right IP phone.

Thanks for the reply. In fact there was a problem with the Telco side. We can now make as well as receive calls.
Thanks
