UCCX 10.6 - Script options no longer working

I have a script in place for our Call Center. At any time they want the caller to be able to hit option 4 and go to voicemail after they hear the prompt 2041 telling them all the representatives are busy and they can hit 4 to go to voicemail. I have not been able to get that to work.

Today an issue arose where the caller will listen to the prompt stating all reps are busy and they can hit 4 for voicemail.Well, now they are completely stuck listening to the hold music. They cannot hit any extension after listening to the prompt 2041.I would like it if they could hit 0 and go to back to the beginning of the queue but that doesn't work now either. Barge is on and it is set to interruptible.  Where did my logic break?

I attached a zipped file containing the script if anyone would have the time to check it out.
