UCCX Script that will only allow you to select 2 out 6 options until prompt message has completed
We are trying to set up a script where the caller is presented with 6 options.
Press 1 for xxx
Press 2 for xxx
press 3 for xxx
press 4 for xxx
press 0 for xxx
press # to repeat
They would like the script set up so the caller can only opt out by pressing Option 1 or Option 2 until the prompt has completed. Then they should be able to select any option they want after the message has played through. They want Option 1 and 2 to be available during the entire message but none of the other keys until the message has played through. I have tried a script with multiple menus but that doesn't work the way they wanted it either. How do I set up a script that will do that?
