UM in Citrix Thin Client Enviroment

Hello. We are looking at installing UM in a centralized data center where Exchange and Call Managers will all reside as well. All users will access all resources via Citrix Thin Client.

I have seen the other posting from another customer, but are there any technical limitations of listening to messages in this way or in accessing Unity?

As you'll see in some of those other threads using the media master control with a speaker/microphone setup can be a challange.

And, of course, the thin client model is not supported by TAC so they wont help you with issues that may come up. That said I know some sites are running this in the field without a hitch.
