Unable to Connect to Cisco Unity Database - License Wizard
Getting an error that states that 'unable to query the license service (AvLic). You should open the licensing utility and check for alerts. Context: GetEffectiveLicense' followed by hex codes for invalid connection string attributes.
When I launch the licensing utility, I get an error that states that the utility is unable to connect to the Cisco Unity Database and that I should check the account permissions on the Cisco Unity database.
Question is, what should I be checking for and against?
