We are using CCM 3.3.4 with Cisco IP Phone 7940. The main line in configured as an ACD line and the second line is configured as a personal line. Agents are able to forward line one, but unable to forward line two from the phone. When agents attempt to forward phone from line two they receive a busy signal with the message Primary Only. Agents are, however, able to forward line two from the Cisco Call Manager User Options page online. Is there a way to forward the second line from the phone?
