Unable to get IVR in videoconfrencing gateway 3527
I have Cisco 3527 video confrencing PRI gateway & Cisco 3825 gatekeeper. Cisco 3527 is registered to Gatekeeper. When I dial PRI number I am not getting IVR prompt on it. PLease let me know is there any specific reason for this?
