When performing install of the voice card software. Everything seems to be going well no error messages present or anything. Then after rebooting none of the cards are present under the DCM or status monitor. They do show up as unknown devices in Device Manager with a yellow exclamation. Any thoughts out there.
Verify that you do not have the Universal PCI version of this card. The Dialogic software packaged with (and required by) Cisco Unity will not recognize the newer uPCI cards. Check the keying on the edge connector of the card. The uPCI cards will have two slots while the non-uPCI cards will only have one.
