Unable to hear both ends

Current Setup:

=>CCM 4.01

=>Cisco Router 2620 with NMhd_2v/2 daugter install 2vic_fxo

=>2 IP phones

I can make a call from my mobile to land line. Bell is ringing on IP phone but both unable to hear from mobile and IP Phone.

The URL wont be useful as it talks about debugging example with H.323.

A good thing to check is the active state of the call.

Do "show call active voice brief"

and check the call leg.

It has to be in the Active state.

I will post output of the show call active soon.
