Unable to Import Existing Exchange Users

I attempted to add a subscriber today and so I selected "Import existing Exchange User" clicked on select. I noticed that the "Domain" drop down box was empty and I cannot retrieve any users. I have been able to add users this way in the past and have not had any problems with Unity.

The only event that has happend was the loss of a DC in our W2K domain. That problem has been resolved and the Unity server rebooted. I am conected to E2K.

Re: Unable to Import Existing Exchange Users

Is a domain controller with the same FQDN back and available again or do you have a new DC with a different name? Did the GC move?

Let me know what changed and I can tell you where to edit the registry on the Unity server.

Re: Unable to Import Existing Exchange Users

I was able to find the registry entry in an earlier post. That resolved the issue.
