Unable to import user properly

When trying to import user in 3.01 unity server I receive the following error "An unrecognized error has occurred. THe new subscriber was not successfully added." We have our exchange mailboxes on an Exchange 2000 cluster.

Re: Unable to import user properly

Can you add new users via the SA? Is the Unity box connected to a different Exchange server on/off box that's not part of the cluster but users are homed on the cluster or did you install Unity directly to connect to the cluster itself? Do you have rights to update user objects in the container the mail users are in that you're trying to import? We need to be able to write to properties on those users... the PermissionsWizard can help with this but it's only been designed and tested with 3.1 builds of Unity... can't hurt to try it out, however, as it runs stand alone.
