Unable to load an aef file in ICD server

I am having difficulty loading a new aef file into my possible script selections. Whenever I do, I get the following error:

MIVR-SS_TEL-3-UNABLE_LOAD_APP:Unable to load Application: Application=icd_res_fallwinter.aef,Failure reason for the associated error=null,Route Address=6850,Application Id=null,Exception=null

And then the JTAPI service goes into partial service:

667: Mar 20 13:45:12.734 EST %MIVR-SS_TEL-1-SS_PARTIAL_SERVICE:JTAPI subsystem in partial service:

When I remove the script from the route point, the JTAPI service goes back into full service.

I don't get any errors when I load the new script via the Repository Manager.

I am not sure what to look for at this point. Any assitance is greatly appreciated.

Monica

Re: Unable to load an aef file in ICD server

Are there any other errors/messages regarding the icd_res_fallwinter.aef script in this area of the log file?

You may need to change your trace level to debug to see the error.

I don't see any other errors/messages regarding the icd_res_fallwinter.aef script. Can you tell me what to set for logging. I have alarm logging enabled for everything.

Re: Unable to load an aef file in ICD server

Sorry, should have been more clear. I would start with setting the following to debugging:

SS_TEL

SS_RM

SS_RMCM

Hopefully, this will provide the needed info.

Re: Unable to load an aef file in ICD server

I have set the debugging to your suggestion but I still can't tell why I can't use the script. My guess is that something is wrong with the call flow in the script. I haven't been successful in using the debug tool that comes with the Application Editor. Any script that I try to use the debug tool on comes back with 'error while Debugging the application'.

Here is what I see from the log file once I have selected the aef file - icd_res_summerhotel.aef for extension 6850.
