Unable to locate subscriber in Active Directory.,Error Column:0,<br>Rapozo,Greg,11309<br><br>I am unable to reconcile this error when attempting to complete the import from the Unity import tool. Can you please describe the issue with AD? This user is being imported from a .csv file and does not exist in AD or unity, but should be created in AD. I had 5 of these out of a total of approximately 250 entries. The balance was created without error.<br><br>

Any chance the alias generated for those 5 folks conflicts with the alias of an AD account (subscriber or otherwise) in the domain? The DOH create user will fail in that case since the CSV import assumes there is either an Exchange mailbox with that alias or no AD/NT account/mailbox at all. If it goes to try and create an account where an AD/NT account matches the alias it'll fail and then the subsequent search for the mail user by alias will fail. This may be what you're seeing...
