Unable to login to CCM Admin page

Hi,

I installed a subscriber but unable to login in the subscriber. MLA is configured in the Publisher. So I am trying to login with CCMAdministrator but I am unable to. When I try to add the Subscriber in SQL Server of Publisher I get an error that "initial snapshot is not downloaded". But I am successful in adding that server in Publisher SQL Server.

Please help.

This issue you running into is CSCsb46575, which also related to CSCsa80110.
