unable to make outbound calls on PRI - intermittently

H323 gateway on 2801 router.

twice now, unable to dial out.

rebooting the router fixed the problem (temporarily). first time it appeared to be the CO(telco) side and they reporgrammed the PRI and problem didn't go away, reboot the gateway and worked. Next time happened (last time) rebooted router first and problem was resolved. this was done before could get any stats off the router.

any ideas,

when happens again, will attempt to capture the following show commands and debug commands.

sh ver (time)

sh isdn service

sh voice call summ

sh isdn stats

sh voice port summ

sh isdn active

sh isdn history

sh log

sh voice busy out

debug isdn q931

debud voip ccapi inout

Is this an IOS problem?


Callmanager problem ? 3.3(4)sr2

PRI problem?

10 channels outbound (2801) & 23 channel inbound (2821)

note: had one issue where weren't recieving inbound calls, rebooted router and problem was resolved - call center, had no time to do diags, as would not failover, since PRI appeared fine.

IOS on 2821 = c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.123-8.T4.bin

any know issues with these IOS's ?

The call does not make it to the GW when calling out to the PSTN....Looks to be a call routing issue within the CCM
