On a recently rebuilt UM 4.0(3) it seems that we cannot open the "import existing exchange user" page. When you attempt to open it you get a "the page cannot be displayed," message.
Any idea why? Is this a misconfiguration during the build? or something that can be fixed with the permissions wizard? or something else?
