After running the uninstall program, I can't do a reinstall. When the install manager runs, it allows you to check the agent box in the tree but shows a warning that the agent is already installed and files will not be updated.
I've cleaned all references in the registry to the app, removed the cisco folder and deleted any msi or installshield info. Desktop does not show in Add/Remove programs. I don't know why the installmanager thinks this product is still installed.
IPCC desktop is another "Cisco" rebranded product. It actually shows up in the registry as HKLM\Software\Spanlink. If you delete the Spanlink folder, the installmanager assumes its a fresh install. I don't know why the uninstall did not clean the registry - maybe a coding bug.
