Unable to restart/reset phones from Admin web RISX errors...
After changing the IP address on the publisher I am unable to restart/reset the phone from the Admin Web. What is more is that I can not configure new CfwdAll on the phones and I am unable to delete the CfwdAll on phones that already are forwarded.
The SQL subsrciptions are working ok.
I am getting some RISX errors in the Event logs which could be related to this.
The description for Event ID ( 1 ) in Source ( RISX ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: SDIControlLayer::SDIControlLayer()-host name or ip = x.x.x.x,DBL [3.1(0.5145)]; DBLR [3.1(0.65005)].

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, its often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
