Unable to send reports in CDR

CDR Analysis & Reporting 3.3(0.95), CCM 3.3(5), after successfully generating a User/Extension report, then choosing SEND REPORT and entering an email account, receiving Error Code: 10011, System Error. Contact System Administrator. Unable to send report.

I verified there is a company name entered under SYSTEM>SYSTEM PARAMETERS>SYSTEM PREFERENCES in CDR. There is a bug in older CDR versions that causes this issue if COMPANY_NAME parameter is not entered. Are there any other suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Please check that you have turned on the "mail relay" option on the exchange server.

Log into CAR with and account that has admin rights.

System-->System Parameters-->Mail Parameters

- the Mail ID field MUST BE a valid and existing user account on the email server

- The password MUST BE a valid and existing password for that account in the Mail ID field

- The Mail Domain must be set up to reflect your domain usage

- The Mail Server Name should be entered in with a value of the actual ip address of the mail server.
