Unable to transfer calls from opening greeting & call handler

I am unable to get calls to transfer from Unity to CCM. Upon hearing the opening greeting, if I enter a valid CCM extension number, Unity says "Attempting to transfer call", however it never seems to release the call to the switch and ends up in the opening greeting of the extension number VM box.

I am also having the same trouble with any calls being transfer from a call handler to a CCM extension.

Subscribers are set to ring subscriber’s extension number first and the phones do not have any fwd all conditions set.

Does the partition that the Unity ports are assigned to include a calling search space that would allow for the dialing of the DNs?

Does this happen for all calls (internal and external) or only for calls coming in through a gateway?

What version of Unity ,CCM, and TSP?
