I have been unable to uninstall the Cisco Desktop Supervisor portion of the CAD application. When I click Change/Remove from Add/Remove Programs the application does not remove. I receive no message. I was able to uninstall the Agent portion without problem. Is there another method to uninstalling the Desktop Supervisor?
Is it possible that you removed the Desktop Base portion prior to the Supervisor portion? Desktop Base should be the last item removed. If so, I would try reinstalling and then removing Desktop Base last.
