Unified client versus voice only client

I have a Unity system with 2 call managers deployed. Unity is running 3.1.2. All users are unified messaging clients using Microsoft Outlook. One user is requesting that she not receive her voice mail messages in her e-mail inbox - only have her messages available via the telephone. Can I create a different class of service, place that user in that class to allow this? What license should be available to that user? Is their another way of doing this which makes more sense?

Re: Unified client versus voice only client

A COS settings isn't going to do anything for you here since Unity still needs an Exchange (or Domino) mailbox to store that person's messages.

The only way to do this would be to create a 2nd mailbox for that person in Exchange that's for their voice mail - you'd hide this from the address book and use that mailbox for their Unity subscirber.
