I am looking into using number expansion on a 3600 voice gateway to append a # to the digits being sent to a pots peer. We have a 2 stage dialing scenario with variable length international calls.
Without the following entries, the gateway sends the international number to the pots interface and the inter-digit timer must expire before the digits are sent.
I understand that the expansion is global. Other than that, are there any other reasons to avoid this method?
