I had CRA 2.2(5) installed on my Call Manager for testing. I unistalled it in the add/remove programs. Now when I try to install Call Manager Extended Services so I can set up extension mobility, I get the error that IVR has previously been installed, and You may not install Extension Mobility on the same server. How do I make sure everything from CRA/IVR is gone so I can set up extension mobility?
Uninstalling the CRA2.2(5) through add/remove programs should work. But some registry entries will still be present.It needs to be cleared. The best place to look for the info, to find the procedure to uninstall, can be found in the Readme.txt or Readme.htm which you would have downloaded from the Software center along with the CRA2.2(5) application.
