Depending on the version of the AvCiscoTSP you should just be able to head to add/remove programs and pull it out.
to be safe, be sure to check the Phone and Modem devices applet in control panel (Telephony devices in NT) and make sure the TSP is not listed there. If it is, remove it from there.
After that a new install should be ok.
