I'm trying to install this integrated solution but i'm having some problems with incoming calls. What i actually need is that after 3 or 4 rings the Unity takes message, the integration with the existing Exchange and the others functionalities are fine. <br><br>

It's a little unclear from the original post, exactly what is not working?

The Unity is running well, importing database form the exchange , the NWI is working fine ,the integration with call manager is set. Now i just want to know what to configure in the Unity to enable the caller to leave a message after 3 rings for example or when it's busy.
