<br>Recorded messages playback too quietly or completely inaudible since I upgraded to 2.4.6.135. Wasn't a problem in 2.4.6.126. I didn't do anything with the quiet prompt stuff. Any suggestions?<br><br>

What type of phone system are you using?
If it's a Call Manager, what version, TSP version, and codec?

Call Manager 3.1.1. 3.0.0.7 TSP.

I just made the same upgrade. I am experiencing the same problem with volume. What did you do to fix it?

I actually have not made in substantial progress. I opened a case with TAC, and so far have not come up with anything solid. Still trying to address this. Keep me in the loop if you resolve from your side. I'll post to this when I get some news.
