Hi,<br>I have CM 3.13 (spD) with Unity 2.4.6.161 (TSP 3.0.4). I have the following problem:<br>Unity port can be reach directly, but one port is busy I won't get transfer to the next one. If a change the FWD busy in CM for anything else (ie:phone, CTI port), it is working fine. I do have to reset CM service in order be able to be fowarded from one port to the other. My unity log is reporting me the following warning:<br><br>The description for Event ID ( 101 ) in Source ( AvCiscoTsp_MC ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: 28, 10.2.6.100.<br><br>Any advise will be appreciated. TIA<br><br>Luc<br><br>
