unity 2.46.135

My customer has Unity 2.46.135 installed on a Windows 2000 server which has AD installed. The server is in its own domain. This weekend my plan is to remove Unity, exchange and AD and have the server be a member in the Corporate domain. Reinstall Unity 2.46 and then upgrade it to 3.1, Is there any way I can preserve the existing Greatings and voicemails prior to this migration. <br><br>

Would I import the database back to the server after I upgrade the server to 3.1 or after I put 2.46 back on.
