Unity 2.46.136 Install

Help!<br><br>New to the Unity system. I used the uninstall utility to so I could install a clean version and when I tried to install a Unity 2.46.136 demo version from the Cisco website, it gave me the message "Setup is unable to upgrade application data"<br><br>Why the message and what is the resolution?<br><br>Cheers<br><br>

That message means one of the migration servers failed (i.e. it thinks it's trying to do an upgrade instead of a new install and is getting cranky that something is missing most likely). Did the Uninstall app report any errors? Check the UnityUninstall.log for any instance of "(error)".

Here's a post on the manual steps for uninstall... you can walk through it and see what was missed. My first guess would be the Commserver directory was not fully removed due to an open file (this is fairly common):
