Unity 2.46 install

can someone please advise, during an install of Unity for unified messaging I'm getting the following error message:<br>'win32 error: in<br>h:\commsvr\sources\syscheck\preinstallnttests\avcheckmtspackageidentity.cpp line:51 hr=2 - system cannot find specified file'<br>I've tried reinstalling the service packs, reinstalling exchange, checked rights etc. (900mb free in system partition).<br><br>

Run SysCheckPreinstall straight off of CD #1 (it's in the SysCheckPReinstall directory). This is the guy that the setup runs silently and then dumps up an error. Running it raw will show you which test was being run when the error kicked in which might give us a better clue as to what's failing.

If you're installing on Win2K, be sure to run through the Win2K installation checklist in the README.HTM file found under the documentation directory on CD #1. There's a couple of items in there that might have been missed.
