This looks like a SQL deadlock issue we have seen in 3.0(2) and 3.0(3). You should go through TAC to verify that you have the same issue, and then they should be able to give you a patch for this problem. Defect is CSCdv04296.
This could also be the memory leak issue with the log manager... the error indicates a problem with the non pooled page memory which would fit this description. There is a patch available for this as well and it will also be in the upcoming 3.04 release. You need to escalate to CPR for the patch, it's defect CSCdv86261.

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
